New release of Russian Universities Guide features information about Polzunov Altai State Technical University.
The Guide features materials on higher education institutions of the Russian Federation in English, academic programs, research, teaching and international exchange programs for international students. The publication is intended for foreign educational institutions.
Altai State Technical University has always had strong commitment to world-class training for about 30 years. AltSTU international students become well-educated and professionally highly-skilled. Today, about 600 students from other countries of Europe, Asia, Africa and the CIS countries attend classes in AltSTU. The university has developed training programs for international students and implemented joint academic programs with partner universities in England, France, Germany, Spain, Greece, Austria, China, and Mongolia. AltSTU international cooperation is aimed at improving AltSTU ranking status in higher education and further integration of Russia to the global education and R&D environment. It is marked by the programs of cooperation with the leading foreign universities, new academic programs and projects, joint research, scientific and practical workshops and conferences, teaching staff exchanges and student mobility.
Each year, the University meets more than 20 delegations of embassies, missions, organizations of foreign countries interested in strong science cooperation links and training of foreign nationals. AltSTU successfully operates centers of French, Chinese, Kazakh language and culture.
