Erasmus Mundus ERANET-PLUS Action 2 programme

The University of Barcelona (Spain) is looking for prospective candidates to apply to the ERANET-PLUS scholarships open to all nationals of Russia and Europe who are interested in participating in an exchange as undergraduates, masters, doctorates, post-doctorates, or staff with one of the partner European and Russian universities.

The University of Barcelona (Spain) is coordinating Erasmus Mundus Action 2 programme with the Lot6 Russia in the framework of ERANET-PLUS (Euro-Russian Academic Network-PLUS), an ERASMUS-MUNDUS Program funded by the European Union (consortium of 11 European universities and 9 Russian universities established to promote the academic ties between the regions).

The ERASMUS-MUNDUS is a program of the European Union that aims to strengthen the quality of university education in Europe and to promote dialogue and understanding between people of different cultures through cooperation with third countries outside the borders of the EU. It also aims to contribute to the human capital development and international cooperation capacity of higher education institutions by increasing the mobility of people in the EU and third countries.

ERANET-PLUS has the objectives to forge links between Russian and European Higher Education Institutions, construct a stable and ongoing mobility flow between Europe and Russia, and promote awareness of the importance of cultural and linguistic diversity. The ERANET-PLUS scholarship flows are open to all nationals of Russia and Europe who are interested in participating in an exchange as undergraduates, masters, doctorates, post-doctorates, or staff with one of our partner European and Russian universities. The last call for applications is at the moment opened, so we encourage all prospective candidates to apply to these scholarships!
