On December 9, Altai State Technical University hosted a meeting with officials of Harbin Institute of Petroleum.
During the meeting, AltSTU vice-rector on strategic development and international cooperation Andrei Markov stated that similar departments and degree programs would allow our universities to develop joint educational programs.
Harbin Institute of Petroleum representatives met deans of Civil Engineering and Power Engineering Faculties as well.
As the result of the meeting, the parties signed Cooperation Agreement. The Agreement regulates relations concerning international educational programs, training courses and student practices.
